What information is collected
Information you give us yourself
When you fill in a contact form on the site, you provide us with: your full name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in, an approximate budget range, and the message you write. Providing these details is entirely voluntary and is not a legal requirement, but without them we cannot get back to you.
Information collected automatically
As on any website, our server logs technical data about each request: IP address, browser type and operating system, the page you arrived from, and the time of access. This data is used to keep the site running, to diagnose faults and to protect against intrusion attempts. We do not use it to identify you personally.
Cookies
A cookie is a small text file stored in your browser. This site uses the following cookies, all of which are necessary for the site to function and to stay secure:
- pll_language — remembers which language you chose to browse in (Hebrew, English or Russian). Stored for one year.
- mag_cookie_consent — remembers your choice in the cookie notice, so it is not shown again on every visit. Stored for one year.
- mag_portfolio_access — created only if you entered a password for the private portfolio area, and remembers that the area has been unlocked for you.
- Security cookies from Cloudflare and Google reCAPTCHA — used to tell real visitors apart from automated software and spam.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies or marketing profiling on this site. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the site. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site from working.
Why we use your information
- To get back to you with an answer, a quote or to arrange a meeting
- To deliver the service you ordered and manage our ongoing relationship with you
- To keep the site working correctly and protect it against spam and intrusion attempts
- To meet legal obligations that apply to us, for example in matters of bookkeeping
We do not sell, rent or pass your information to third parties for marketing purposes.
External services we rely on
To run the site we use the following providers, which may process technical information about you as part of delivering their service:
- uPress — website hosting. The servers are located in Israel.
- Cloudflare — protection against attacks and faster page loading.
- Google reCAPTCHA — prevents automated form submissions. Its use is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Enable — the accessibility component of the site.
How long we keep your information
Enquiries received through the site are kept for as long as they are needed to handle the enquiry and manage the business relationship, and afterwards for up to seven years where the engagement is subject to a legal document-retention duty. Technical server logs are kept for a short period only, for security and fault diagnosis.
Data security
The site is protected by an SSL certificate and all traffic to it is encrypted. We operate additional safeguards including a firewall, restricted access to the administration interface, two-factor authentication for administrative users and ongoing monitoring. That said, no online system is completely immune, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
Your rights
Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you have the following rights:
- Right of access — to know what information about you we hold
- Right to rectification — to ask us to correct information that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date
- Right to erasure — to ask us to delete information, subject to retention duties that apply to us by law
- Right to object — to ask us to stop contacting you
To exercise any right, write to us at [email protected] and we will handle your request within a reasonable time. If you are browsing from the European Union, you also have the rights granted by the GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country.
Children
The site is not intended for children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect information about minors. If you become aware that a minor has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example if new services are added to the site. The updated version will be published on this page, alongside the last-updated date shown at the top.
